We ran new pipework throughout and met the client's high expectations for water pressure at all outlets. The refurbishment included 3 bathrooms & 15 radiators with no exposed pipework.

New Builds, Essex

​London Boiler Specialists won the contract for a development of 3 new build properties in South Essex. This included full central heating and plumbing with gas and waste pipework throughout.

The project also included underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the 1st and 2nd floors. The development was kept under a strict works schedule which was completed on time.
